Overview

Health Points determines the physical health of a player. Every player has a maximum of 50HP (60 for Soldiers and Strong Zombies). When a players HP reaches 0, the player dies. Humans can heal themselves by searching for medkits found in various buildings, or by receiving medical aid from a Medic. Zombies can gain HP by purchasing 3 different regeneration skills.

State of Health

When monitoring other players, buying the appropriate skills can list players at 'Healthy', 'Wounded, and 'dying' levels. A healthy player has 35+HP, with wounded players at 15-25hp and dying players below 15.

Dying

Players do not actually die in the game. Once killed players are then given the option to stand back up again at a cost of EP (minimum 10, each EP grants 2HP) where they can then continue on with the game. If not infected or injected the player will stand back up again on the same side they were on before death. Zombies, as opposed to Citizens, gain an additional 10HP when standing up. In addition, all objects in the game also have "health points" of a sort. For example, an installed generator has 50 "health points" and claw damage done by zombies will damage the generator in the same increments done to humans (i.e. 25 claw hits at 2 points damage done per hit will destroy the generator.)
