Laboratory

Overview

Laboratories are one of the most important buildings in the game. Laboratories come equipped with a set of lab equipment which can be found of a labs highest floor. Unlike other equipment, lab equipment must remain in perfect condition in order to function. Citizens who wish to use a set of damaged lab equipment can repair it back to full. Combining lab equipment with a higher drop rate of Scientist dependent items, laboratories remain a key focal point for both zombie and citizen activity.

Resource Depletion Rate

A Laboratory loses 6% of it's resource points for every item found.
