Refund Policy

Havenlight Software operates and offers two types of goods through the online store: physical and digital. It is important to understand which categories items in your order fall under, as they are both covered differently under this refund policy. Purchases from our store will show up as billed by "HAVENLIGHT" on your credit card statement.

Physical Merchandise

Goods such as hats, t-shirts, stickers, or any other merchandise that we physically ship to you is covered under this section of the refund policy. We guarantee that any goods we ship to you will be free of defects. If for any reason you receive something that is damaged, defective, or simply not what you ordered you can return it within 30 days and we'll replace it free of charge. Additionally, if the item you're returning is out of stock, or you simply want your money back we offer a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.

If you cancel an order before it ships, we'll refund your money immediately. However, once shipped we cannot refund your money until the order has been returned to us. At our discretion, replacement items may shipped prior to receiving the items being returned. We may request digital pictures to assist in such cases. Digital Merchandise

Our digital goods include game points, user/character titles, community perks, and other similar items. We guarantee that upon purchase we'll do our best to deliver your goods instantly. If for any reason your digital goods are not delivered, we'll refund your money. Please understand however, that due to the nature of these goods we cannot offer a refund once they are delivered. If at least one hour has passed since your purchase and you still have not received your digital goods, please create a support ticket and we'll fix the problem, or if preferred, refund your money instead.
